Static Caravans & Caravan Park Inspections Spain

We will carry out a 120+ point check on any static caravan/park in the Costa Blanca south and the Costa Calida region including inland area of Spain ,this will normally be carried out within 14 days and emailed or posted to you.

It will be a complete unbiased report and based on the day of our visit and if the owner makes any comments or promises of inclusion these will be noted in the comment section at the end of the report. We do not advise any of our clients to purchase on the strength of our report it is meant only as a guide and the final decision must be made by the purchaser.

Our inspections are based on 14 years experience within the industry and aimed at helping anyone who is new to static caravans and we welcome clients to join us on our inspection visits. It can also help anyone who is still based in the UK and save them a wasted journey due to false/hyped advertising. Please never ever buy on the strength of an advert description, believe us we have stories of people who have done this only to be very disappointed. We have made mistakes in Spain which have cost us and we hope we can help others from doing the same.

Our charges will depend on the location of the caravan/park to be inspected, we are based near Jumilla so inspections in this area could be as little as €60/£40 at the coast Alicante/Torrivieja €90/£60 please email us for a quote. If the said caravan/park has been inspected recently you will be offered the report at a reduced price and the original inspection payee will receive a refund of 25% (to a maximum of 75% refund). We can also combine a caravan/park inspection reports at a reduced rate, please email for a quote. These prices are only a very rough guide and will depend on caravan condition, size of park etc.

What we need

Permission from the park owner for us to enter the park to carry out the inspection. Appointment with the caravan owner at a convenient time to inspect the caravan/park.

If we go and we are not allowed on to the park or no key holders are available to let us inspect the caravan, you will be charged our time.
