This is a very genuine sale due to ill health and must be sold quickly.

 

Bought from the park owners in July 2011 this was bought a a long term project but circumstances have drastically changed due to health reasons and now sadly the caravan must go.

 

It is in very good condition and fully sited on York House Holiday Park, in North Yorkshire near Thirsk.

 

In the heart of Herriot Country and bordering the North Yorks National Park, York House offers a beautiful countryside setting. The Park is situated in the heart of the tiny Hamlet of Balk and is only a couple of miles from the market town of Thirsk.

Situated at the foot of the Hambleton Hills and overlooked by the White Horse of Kilburn, York House offers a beautifully maintained family park set in an idyllic environment. A four star rating from the English Tourist Board together with the David Bellamy Gold Award for management of the environment are testament to the achievement of York House in combining these modern standards with the conservation of the Park's natural environment.

 

The licence is for 9 months use per year 1st March to 30th November, site fees for 2011 were £2,017 including vat.

 

Bought from the Park for just under £10,000 six months ago we are open to any offers, we will sell off site, buyer will have to arrange de-siting and transport at their costs.
