A modern (1991) three bedroom house set on a hilltop close to Pinoso with commanding 360º views over the area. The house has air conditioning, central heating, a sunroom, a pool and an 8 seat hot tub.
There is a long drive to the house protected by intercom controlled electric gates. There is a second entrance to the house for high vehicles. The exterior of the house has several distinct areas. There are two wooden chalets one of which houses the hot tub and the other has a couple of beds to use it as a guest room. There is also a separate garage and a utility room that houses the central heating boiler. The area around the house is either graveled or concreted and there are a number of features such as a fountain and a small rock garden. The pool is on a terrace and from that terrace are steps to another higher terrace which is as high as the roof of the house. The main entrance to the house is through the double glazed sun room which runs the length of the front of the house. From the sun room we enter the tiled living room. The room has a woodburner but the owners only use it for effect as there is oil fired central heating throughout the house. The kitchen, with cupboards that go right to the ceiling, is off the living room. The smallest bedroom in the house is to the left as we enter the living room. The other two bedrooms are off a corridor from the living room. Each bedroom has a roof mounted fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a second main bathroom also off the same corridor. Have to mention that there is a disused pylon on the site, present owner uses it to display his Christmas lights which can be seen for miles around.
